We would like to inform all the authors of accepted papers that the correct date for the final submission is 23 of Jun, although in some parts of the message you receive were giving different dates.

Final Submission Deadline: June 23, 2025
Late Breaking Report:

IMPORTANT POINTS:
All authors submitting to RAS conferences and journals must follow the submission links corresponding to their conference of interest via https://ras.papercept.net
The conference is hybrid, but it is expected at least one of the authors to be in person!
If you submitted a paper to RO-MAN 2025, the expectation is that you, or your qualified coauthors (e.g., senior PhD students), will provide at least two quality reviews for each paper submitted. We need the full participation of the RO-MAN community to ensure the quality of the RO-MAN review process.
Has artificial intelligence (such as language models, machine learning systems, or similar technologies) been used to produce content (including images and/or text, perform literature searches, or aid in the writing, preparation, or editing of your manuscript? If yes, please ensure that this is acknowledged in the article.
